Your time is very valuable and so is your money so I want to make an effort for the tips and tricks to matter on both accounts!
- Chicken Thighs (We buy them from Costco Business center, it's labor intensive but worth it. It's a 40lb box of bone in chicken thighs, cut out all of the bones and take the skins off and now you can make tons of chicken broth)
- Pot Sticker Wrappers
- Chicken Broth (Whenever you make homemade chicken broth or have a carton you didn't finish put them in cupcake tins in the freezer, once frozen throw them into a gallon Ziploc bag)
- Beef Chuck
- Pork Chops Bone in
- Pork Loin
- Pork Tenderloin
- Italian Sausage
- Ground Pork (I typically buy a picnic roast from Winco and grind it myself, cheaper and takes little time and effort)
- Hamburger (80% 20% fat is always a good call for flavor and price)
- Ahi Tuna Steak
- Mahi Mahi Tuna
- Salmon Fillet (if Salmon fillets go on sale buy a whole fillet and cut it into chunks and freeze individually for quick and very healthy meals)
- Tomatoes (If you grow tomatoes take all the extras and throw them whole into the freezer in a bag)
- Salted Butter (Costco or Sam's has the best prices)
- Brown Sugar
- Hashbrowns (If potatoes are about to turn shred them and freeze them for quick and easy hashbrowns)
- Puff Pastry
- Tomato Paste (Keep it in the can and cut both ends off, You can then push out and cut off as much as you want. Who uses a whole can of tomato paste anyways...)
- Chicken Bones
- Beef Bones
- Frozen Celery
- Garlic (Yes Whole Garlic Heads)
- Yeast
- Fruit for Smoothies
- Cheddar Cheese (Costco business center sells a 5lb block for $12, no better price than that anywhere)
