There are not a whole bunch of things to keep on hand in the fridge. The point of this Website is to make it where you keep only spices main ingredients for most meals on hand, and when you meal plan for the whole week you get only certain meats that you don't keep in your fridge and fresh vegetables/fruit.
- Milk
- Half and Half
- Heavy Whipping Cream (Buy in bulk and before it goes bad you can easily make butter out of it in your kitchen aid, I will post a recipe soon)
- Pickled Red Onions (I will post a recipe soon)
- Pickled Jalapenos
- Eggs
- Mayo (preferably Kewpie, but regular is fine. NO MIRACLE WHIP)
- Mustard (Yellow and whole grain)
- Gojuchang (Trader Joes sells it now, but you can make a trip to your local Asian market twice a year and stock up on all of the essentials)
- Hoisin
- Fish Sauce
- Ketchup
- Carrots (Whole Carrots in bulk from Costco, Sam's Club, or Winco)
- Parmesan Cheese (A block of it, no pre grated or in a bottle stuff)

- Beef Tallow (Costco business center sell untrimmed tri tips for $3.99 per lb, trim the fat off of all the tri tips, vacuum seal the tri tips and for later. Then take all of the beef fat, cut it into small cubes and put it ina pot on the stove on low till all of the fat renders out. Save it and keep in the fridge)
